Beautiful industrial Dutch design drawing table/desk model Reply. An industrial award-winning design by Wim Rietveld and Friso Kramer for Ahrend de Cirkel in 1959. Equipped with a metal frame with an original small-sized wooden top (65.5 x 90.5 cm). The table top is variable in height and tiltable, adjustable by means of 2 rotary knobs. Minimum height 75 cm (desk height) and can then be variably adjusted in height (drawing table height). Despite its age, the table is in very good vintage condition. The top obviously has some signs of wear, but the original brown base is in perfect condition. Due to its modest size, it can easily be used as a drawing table, extra (standing) desk/work table, side table, etc.
Possibly for sale with a matching architect's chair by Friso Kramer, also by Ahrend de Cirkel, original 1950s version with foot ring. All buttons are made of steel (not the plastic later version), and they have the original maximum height of 77cm. The chair of course also has signs of wear due to its age, but is otherwise in good vintage condition.Signs of use that are typical for this item, see photos. Table base in perfect condition. Technically everything is also in order.
