Yes, you can.
If you want to know what a seller would like for an item, you can contact them directly via the Whoppah Chat. In the chat, clearly mention:

• which item(s) you are interested in;

• whether you would like to receive a price proposal or a quote.

The seller can then inform you of the price or make a counteroffer. Keep in mind that the price shown in the listing is usually the asking price, but there may be room for negotiation.
