Different styles
The 'Mid Century Modern' style is a timeless and popular choice for vintage furniture lovers. This style originated in the period after World War II and is characterised by simple, clean lines and organic shapes. Vintage side tables in the Mid Century Modern style are often made of wood, glass or metal and feature minimalist designs with an emphasis on functionality and comfort. This style brings a sense of calm and balance to your interiors.
If you love glamour and luxury, the Hollywood Regency style is for you. This style is inspired by the golden age of Hollywood in the 1930s and 1940s, and it translates into opulent and elegant pieces of furniture, including side tables. Vintage side tables in the Hollywood Regency style often have striking details, such as mirrors, shiny finishes and ornate legs. They bring a touch of drama and elegance to your interiors.
Different materials
Wood is a common material in vintage side tables because of its warm look and durability. Oak, teak and walnut are popular choices because of their natural beauty and timeless charm. A vintage side table with wooden details can fit perfectly into different interior styles, from rural to modern.
Glass adds a sense of lightness and transparency to a side table and fits well with modern and elegant interiors. Vintage side tables with glass tops and metal frames are iconic examples of the Mid Century Modern style. The glass surface can also serve as a showcase for decorative objects, making the table both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
Vintage side tables with metal frames and legs have an industrial look and can add a cool accent to your interior. Choose metal side tables with a weathered or patinated finish to enhance the vintage look. These pieces are often sturdy and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
