The Zest cutlery was designed by Rodolfo Dordoni for knIndustrie in 2012. Its straightforward shape follows a modern design aesthetic. The cutlery set for 12 people includes 12 knives, 12 forks, 12 tablespoons and 11 teaspoons as well as 12 cake forks. Attention, a teaspoon is missing. (The cutlery is commercially available and the teaspoon can be purchased separately.) The Zest cutlery from knIndustrie is made of stainless steel with a champagne-colored PVD coating. PVD-coated cutlery is guaranteed to be dishwasher safe up to 60°.A small spoon (teaspoon) is missing. Cutlery can be washed in the dishwasher at up to 60° and may tarnish at higher temperatures, then clean with polish for stainless steel.
