Ingo Maurer Bulb table lamp
The original Bulb table lamp (11.8") by Ingo Maurer has a clear lampshade in the shape of a Murano glass (bulb-shaped) and a base made of silver polished chrome-plated steel. The classic shape of an incandescent lamp reinvented as a lamp for use as a lamp on your bedside tables and dresser or coffee table.
The beautiful Bulb table lamp has the features of an extra large double light bulb. The Bulb lamp is the first lamp manufactured by Ingo Maurer. The Bulb table lamp takes its style from pop art. This work treats the light bulb itself as a remarkable piece of design and art. The light bulb consists of an oversized blown glass cartoon of a light bulb holding a smaller, working internal light bulb. It nicely embodies the witty, playful spirit of the late 1960s.
Dimensions: Dia 20 x H 30 cm.
Condition: hood has repaired damage at the bottom. This is not visible when the shade is in the lamp.
