The Mite floor lamp with dimmer is made of fiberglass with yellow Kevlar® or black carbon threads. The base is made of chrome-plated Metal. Winner of the "Compasso d'Oro" prize in 2001.
We have moved and no longer have space for the lamp, it gives off a very nice, warm light (dimmable).No signs of wear, still looks great, but just 6 years old.
