The frame is made of shiny chrome and the seat shell is made of black, lightly grained leather. This is one of the high-quality leather qualities, which explains why the chairs are still in very good condition. They have hardly been used in the last 4 years. On 2 chairs, the chrome has chipped off a little in a very small place on the frame, but this is hardly noticeable.
