How can I cancel an order?

At Whoppah, an order can only be canceled if both the buyer and the seller agree. Please discuss the cancellation with the other party first.

To do this, go to “Chats” in your account and select the relevant order to send a message to the other party. 

Once both sides agree, let us know. Whoppah will then cancel the order and initiate the refund process.
