I received an email saying that my item was sold, even though I did not agree to this. How could this happen?

On Whoppah, you can set the price at which your item can be sold when creating your listing. You don't need to actively approve the purchase at this price – this is clearly explained during the listing creation process. Your approval is only required if you have activated the bidding function for your item and the buyer has placed a bid.

Once the purchase is completed, the order can only be canceled if the buyer agrees. You can contact the buyer via the Whoppah chat and ask for their approval to cancel the order.
