Second-hand Pastoe furniture

The Pastoe furniture company was founded in 1913 by Frits Loeb as a traditional carpentry factory. The company has now grown into a modern factory, where Pastoe is sold all over the world. The current generation of Pastoe team members are very aware of that past and have the task of Pastoe over to the next generation.

History of Pastoe furniture

Pastoe has been active in the furniture field for 109 years. Furniture that is patiently put together, carefully made and well cared for. Cabinets that age beautifully. For storing the small and big things that are important to you. Discover the collection online and visit the Whoppah shop. Where you can shop up to 70% cheaper than a new brand or product. Second-hand Pastoe furniture is available in many shapes and sizes at Whoppah.

Pastoe furniture

At Pastoe , sustainability is a continuous process of improvement. They endorse the importance of taking care of our planet and its inhabitants; man and nature to go. This means that suppliers are checked about the origin of materials and their manufacturing process. If there is an alternative of equivalent quality, Pastoe always opts for the most sustainable solution. The semi-finished products come from the immediate vicinity (the Netherlands and Europe), so do not require long transport lines. The manufacturing process meets all applicable environmental requirements. For example, new types of wood have recently been admitted to the collection, but only because they come from sustainable plantations and comply with strict European rules. Pastoe encourages everyone to live as close as possible to the factory and is always looking for alternatives that require less use of raw materials and produce less waste.

This ideology is what matters in today's world. Furniture with a sustainable story, which continues for many years or even generations as a well-functioning and value-adding piece of furniture. This also makes Pastoe so suitable as second-hand furniture.
