How do I recognise a real Paul Kingma coffee table?
Kingma tables have a concrete or resin top inlaid with slate, ceramic, brass and natural stone in a geometric or organic pattern, often set on a steel or wooden frame. Many are signed and dated on the top edge or underside, so ask the seller for a photo of the signature. Weight is another clue, as originals are extremely heavy. Our curators review Kingma attributions, but a signature and period photos add certainty.
