The lamp has no visible brand name, but looks a lot like Alex Wedel Madsen by Louis Poulsen.
Ik is a very sturdy quality.
Dimensions: Diameter 35,5 cm and 28 cm hight.

The pendant lamp looks really nice and has no dents.
