This writing cabinet is an original from the 60s with the typical simple and clear design language.
The cabinet consists of one element and has a high-quality finish.
The surfaces are finished with walnut and Makoré (African pear) veneer. Light birch veneer is used as a contrast on the inside.
A key is included in the equipment.
In the upper section there is a hinged door that can be used as a writing surface at a height of 85 cm.
Behind it is a versatile storage system. This includes two dividers, a glass shelf and a small cupboard element for locking.
Two drawers are fitted underneath.
Behind two hinged doors in the lower section is further storage space, which is subdivided by a wooden shelf.

The piece of furniture is basically stable and functional. Signs of use are present.
➡️ Reconditioning:
The furniture has been thoroughly cleaned. Light restoration work has been carried out. We clean and treat the wooden surfaces intensively with specially purified linseed oil in combination with an odorless and residue-free hydrocarbon solvent. This method is recommended by restorers.
