Unique very large Teresa Gonzalez "Tere" Vintage Guajiro handmade rug!
This is an original Vintage Guajiro rug by "Tere" Teresa Gonzales. Handmade and signed "TERE" in stitching by the artist. She also signed the back of the piece in pencil and indicated the size of the tapestry. The tapestry is a wool rug with a crochet pattern. It has been hung and is in excellent Vintage condition. No gray edges around the tapestry, this is shade!

Teresa was a Guajiro Indian. She had a workshop in Laguna del Pajaro, Venezuela. She passed away in 2017.
