Description and details:
• Each vintage Danish chest of drawers from the 60s stands out because of its beautiful veneer patterns. In those years, teak was a popular type of wood among furniture makers. Teak wood naturally has an oily component, which makes it feel silky soft when processed and finished correctly.

Scandinavian designers discovered that the beautiful grain patterns and the warm golden brown color gave an extra dimension to a cupboard, chair or wall rack. Even lamps were fitted with teak accents from the drawing board.

After our renovation, the beautiful grain structure of this Danish vintage chest of drawers has become visible again. By regularly applying teak oil or another protective wax, teak furniture will retain its characteristic appearance for years.
