Bauhaus mirror designed in 1930 by Marcel Breuer for Zeiss Ikon .It was presented at the Paris Exhibition in 1930 it could be used on a table or hung on the wall. This invention shows how creative the idea of form follows function for all if you consider that the electricity net work in 1930 was relatively new there was then almost nothing as modern as electric lighting . The mirror is still functional with some normal use marks that come with age and patina. The half mirror glass front produced by Zeis Ikon is still intact after almost a century this is a very collectible piece of modernist design history .Material Nickel plated steel and glass.
Dimensions Diameter 20 CM.The mirror is in good condition with use marks.
