This collection combined Modernist design with richly stained wood and brass accents, creating a warm and glamorous aesthetic. Enhancing its luxurious appeal, the table features solid brass faceted corners—Rizzo’s signature detail—that transform his design into a statement piece. The Alveo design, meaning "riverbed," has been featured in several publications, including the July/August 1972 issue of Casa Vogue, Maison & Jardin (September 1973, p. 131), and Le Retour de Willy Rizzo in AD (Issue 86, September 2009, p. 54). Condition: This stunning coffee table is in very good vintage condition. It shows only minor signs of use consistent with its age.
