Very rare 3-seater "The Green Frog" sofa by Topform.
I understand, that it is one of two prototypes made, executed in beautiful poison green!
The designer of this sofa I have unfortunately not been able to trace.
What I do know: the sofa is executed in light green /green alcantara and green leather at the ends and stands on a beautiful base of brushed stainless steel.
The special curves make this sofa a very special appearance from all sides! The sofa is in really good condition with only very minor signs of use.
I am transforming my house and now this poor beautiful Green Frog is standing idle in my garage....
The dimensions of this Frog Sofa are 215 cm wide and 100 cm deep. The back height is 85 cm and the seat height is 38 cm.
The base can be removed by means of a few Allen screws. This makes the sofa pass through any ordinary door.
When I bought the sofa, it already looked beautiful but I had it shampooed by a professional so I would not sit in someone else's dirt. Of course you can do that too but it is not necessary. The upholstery - alcantara - is particularly forgiving.
Of course you can come and look but I only take the sofa out of the garage when selling! ;-)There are a few lint spots on the backrest. See the pictures. That's where my arm has often lain.
The car polish freak down the street here says, you can remove those well with a sharp razor blade but I'm not going to bother with that....
