Ahrend was (is) one of the major office furniture manufacturers in the Netherlands and supplemented their offerings by importing innovative seating from Tan-Sad, based in England.
Tan-Sad, realising that employers didn't care about their workers health, emphasised in their advertising that their products enabled workers to work longer and produce more, i.e. "DO MORE", that a little back support goes a long way.
