Product description
This striking Tesla Stropkov telephone is an iconic example of Space Age design from Czechoslovakia. The model, known as the 'Atomic', immediately stands out due to its streamlined, round shape and vibrant orange color, making it a distinctive collector's item for retro electronics enthusiasts.
Crafted from sturdy plastic, this device displays the characteristic aesthetic of the seventies. The telephone features a classic rotary dial with a transparent cover and a contrasting red center piece. The original black coiled cord and the clear markings on the underside, including 'Made in Czechoslovakia', confirm the authentic provenance of this piece.
The object is in excellent condition, with the original shine of the casing well preserved. The construction is intact and the rotary dial functions mechanically properly, testifying to the solid production quality of that era.
This Space Age telephone is a perfect addition to an eclectic or retro-inspired interior. The object serves not only as a striking decorative element on a desk or sideboard, but also brings a tangible piece of design history into the contemporary living space.
