SE18 Chair by Claire Bataille & Paul Ibens for ’t Spectrum in black
chromed steel tubular frame with lots of patina and some rust forming; one end cap is missing from the back support
black saddle leather seat and back; the leather seems to be separating around the edges: the soft finish layer is delaminating from the support saddle leather, hence the low price for this very rare chair
These chairs were only made from 1971 to 1974.
