Chair set by Rudolf Wolf for Elsrijk/Elsryk in red leatherette.
Rudolf Wolf's chair for Elsrijk (sometimes Elsryk) exudes elegance in its spindly design, subtle and almost unobtrusive. The seat and back seem to float, and the whole exudes an industrial minimalist design, a true representation of 1950s Dutch craftsmanship.
Completely original with signs of use, the leather shows signs of drying. The frame and legs are made of black powder-coated rod steel, and at the bottom proudly displays Elsryk's stamp and serial number 125908.
This masterpiece by Rudolf Wolf, produced by Elsrijk, embodies the zeitgeist of the 1950s with its thin, retro, and mid-century modern design. A true asset for lovers of vintage furniture. A set of 5 chairs and 1 stool is hard to find anymore!
