Gent, BelgiumView all items from this sellerThe Mah Jong sofa, designed by Hans Hopfer in 1971, is an iconic model of the Roche Bobois collections and offers total freedom in form and function.
This setup consists of 4 simple sitting/lying elements, a corner backrest and 2 additional cushions, covered with fabrics from Kenzo Takada.
To 'dress' the Mah Jong modular sofa, Takada took inspiration from old kimonos and reinterpreted their patterns and colors to create fine and refined harmonies.
Each cushion is completely handmade and sewn in a special workshop. All parts are in very good condition, from the first owner and rarely used.
All pieces are complete and marked. No buttons are missing.
