Aldo Londi (1911-2003) was a painter, sculptor and primarily a ceramist. He designed objects that are still part of the history of Italian ceramics. He was born in Montelupo Fiorentino. At the age of 11 he began working for Fanciullacci's production, where he was able to learn the traditional techniques in pottery making.
