This table, made of teak and dark lacquered, comes from the exclusive furniture store Richard James in Bilthoven. We have enjoyed it very much as a dining table. The table fits perfectly in a classic interior, but also in a mix of classic-modern. Having moved house ourselves, the table (unfortunately) fits less well in terms of space and we are selling it with pain in our hearts. It comes with six bar height chairs with fine seats, upholstered in high quality faux leather, 3 dark and 3 light, each with its own color tone and pattern.
The table top has some signs of use (light scratches). There are also some paint wear marks visible on the edges of the table and some edges of the chairs. This could of course be removed with a new coat of lacquer, for example, but as far as we are concerned it gives the table character. One of the chair legs has some damage from a bump and one of the chairs with light upholstery has some lines in the upholstery (see close-up photos).
