The spectacular Corona swivel armchair by Poul M. Volther in Bauhaus style is one of the defining pieces of Nordic furniture architecture. The revolutionary design of the chair from 1964 achieved international cult status and found its place in some of the world's most luxurious hotels and in music videos. The idea for the characteristic elliptical shapes of the armchair dates back to the period of textile shortages after the Second World War. The four geometric shapes together form the backrest and seat, which gently embrace the body with their slightly swaying shape. A beautiful stainless steel frame with elegant creases forms a flexible backrest with a slight rocking function for this stunningly beautiful armchair. Incredibly comfortable eye-catcher!
