This timeless 1970s opal glass pendant lamp is still suitable today as stylish ceiling lighting in modern interiors that may have opted for a black and white color scheme. The ceiling lamp could be from Doria or Peill & Putzler, as these two manufacturers in particular produced models with large opal glass globes between the 60s and 70s. The condition is good, with only small chips on the glass edge of the globe at the pendant fitting, which, however, have not caused any cracks or similar damage. You can find more classic Mid Century designer lamps in our shop: Although the lamp is in very good condition and functions perfectly, we recommend having vintage items checked by an electrician before use.
