Beautiful oil painting called 'Coffee shops'. The painting is painted on a high-quality canvas. The sides of the work are also painted, so no frame is necessary. The dimensions are: 80 × 60 cm
. Through a mix of abstract, cubist style the painting translates its story. As one spectator said about Maia's works, 'at first you see nothing on the canvas, only colours, but if you look from a distance, all kinds of objects gradually appear and then you discover a magical world.
Maia Siradze was born on August 19, 1971 in Georgia. In 1990 she completed MBO, specializing in tapestries. After technical school education, Maia continued her studies at the Tbilisi Academy of Fine Arts (1991-1997), specializing in dress design. In the Netherlands, her diploma was assessed by the Ministry of Education and the international diploma assessment by Nuffic and Colo on October 19, 2010 for a bachelor's degree in higher art education in design, post-HBO training.
Maia creates abstract compositions through flat spaces in her paintings. Her works are a mix of colorful graphics, cubism and abstraction.
In 2001, Maia emigrated to the Netherlands where she met her husband and had a daughter together. Maia has participated in many solo or group exhibitions. Current group exhibition in Galerie Bonaventura in Bennekom runs until January 3, 2024. Her works are in private collections in many countries
