This is one of the Dutch style icons from the 60s.
This special and quite rare rocking chair is a design by designer Louis van Teeffelen for the manufacturer Webe. The impetus for this beautiful design was a television broadcast with JF Kennedy sitting in a rocking chair during the interview. Van Teeffelen then designed 2 rocking chairs in the A-pillar, with high and low backs.
Unique in its kind and beautifully designed in Danish style.
Completely original with hardly any signs of wear.
Material: teak wooden frame, with a black skai leather upholstery. Definitely a very nostalgic vintage design
