This special glass hanging lamp was made by Glashütte Limburg in Germany.
The lamp consists of a mouth-blown bell jar whose surface is formed by 16 columns of 4 'round dents' each. The dents are each framed in a ring of black paint.
The glass is smooth on the inside and light in structure on the outside.
The bell jar is attached to a yellow copper fixture.
As soon as the lamp is lit, it gives a beautiful effect, both on the lamp itself and on the ceiling and wall. This ensures that this lamp looks fantastic in a hall or in a stairwell.
Even when the lamp is not lit, it is a jewel to the eye.
The glass bell is in new condition. The copper fixture shows quite a patina.
The black armored cord has been replaced, as has the ceiling rose.
