A vintage set of four Italian dining chairs in warm-toned curved plywood and wood, attributed to Molteni and produced in Italy during the 1970s. The warm finish highlights the natural grain across both the solid frame and veneered plywood surfaces, with visible joinery and slim raised side rails adding to the chairs’ crafted character.The design is closely related to the work Afra & Tobia Scarpa created for Molteni during the same period, particularly in its restrained geometry, sculptural use of wood and refined construction.
