Hilversum, NetherlandsView all items from this sellerBeautiful sculpture of a pheasant made by the famous French artist Irénée Rochard (1906-1984). The pheasant is made of a bronze-colored metal alloy and is placed on a marble base. The statue was made around 1930 and still has beautiful Art Deco influences.
Unfortunately, there is damage on the neck (see photo) of the pheasant, but that can be repaired.
The dimensions of the statue are: From tail to beak it is 43cm long, beak height is 19cm and the tip of the tail is 33cm high.
