Eindhoven, NetherlandsView all items from this sellerThis is a very special table by Spijker, a Belgian design brand that unfortunately no longer exists. The highlight, in fact, is in the aluminum ledge that is removable/optilisable, allowing cables (computer, etc.) to be hidden invisibly and eventually sit in the hollow legs. In the ledge there are holes in which the corresponding accessories can be pinned, such as a bowl, candlesticks and a vase. The table is made of walnut (veneer), the top measures 96 by 240 and is 5 cm thick. The height is 75 cm. The six dining room chairs are from Hennie de Jong (now also no longer exists): 4x in taupe and 2x in beige (fabric by De Ploeg). The table is as good as new. The chairs have traces of use, but are still very good to be reupholsteredThe table top is perfect, there is a small dent in the ledge. The chairs are still fine in quality and comfort, but I would reupholster them myself.
