One of the fittings is marked Hala Zeist and the other fitting has been repaired and re-glued. The cord is equipped with an on/on switch. The lamp has a cream-like color. A small heated spot on the hood. Supplied with light source.A piece has melted on the hood and one of the fittings has been re-glued. The lamp is not discolored.
