Gijs van der Sluis 540 sofa bed. Designed for Van der Sluis Stalen Meubelen, Culemborg in 1961. Beautiful design classic. What is special about this sofa is that the seat can be pulled forward in one hand, creating a single bed.
Material: metal. wood, foam and plow dust.
Dimensions: hxwxd = 73 x 192 x 78 cm and the seat height 43 cm. The dimensions of the bed are: 192 x 70 cm.
A suitable separate seat support / armrest may also be available.
We have hardly used the sofa itself and the construction and fabric are still in good condition. Now overcomplete.
