Riel, NetherlandsView all items from this sellerGispen armchair with Bakelite armrests. Obtained from inheritance. Bought in 1936 in a furniture store in Tilburg. The chair has now been reupholstered twice and the interior has been replaced once by a traditional upholsterer who has professionally replaced it with the same materials.The armchair is in good condition with signs of wear (corrosion of the chrome) that you would expect given its age. The Bakelite armrests are in very good condition. There are no sliders underneath anymore, but these are still available.
