Ger van Tankeren (1937) is a self-taught artist. When the demand for his synthetic resin sculptures began to decrease, he switched to casting sculptures in a tin alloy, which he then bronzed. Ger is known for his versatility and eye for detail, he made images from very realistic things to artistic and religious scenes. Ger remained active until he was 82 in making various models, which are not only suitable for the living room, but many of which can also serve as business gifts and look great in the office.
