The canvas has several layers of varnish, which makes the colors stand out even better and the canvas is extra protected against UV light, scratches and other external influences.
The canvas is stretched on a frame of durable pinewood with PEFC certification.
After high school, painter Gena (1982) took a 4-year private course, after which he developed his own unique style. In 1999 he moved to the Netherlands, where his fascinating work was soon discovered and received much attention at various exhibitions. Meanwhile, his paintings travel all over the world. He is currently based in Hengelo, where he has exhibited his paintings in solo events. In his artistic expression, he tries to create an alternative reality that contains a deeper and unique meaning. With his bold compositions, Gena strives to reflect all his energy, emotion, imagination and dreams in his work, thus changing a person's inner world, adding vibrant colors to their life and creating a positive atmosphere in their home.â
