The covers are washable and suitable for dry cleaning. The covers have not been washed before so the impregnation from the Gelderland factory is still on them. The armrest has some dust stains from the renovation. But can be cleaned.Sofa has been well maintained. Fabric has some light lint - as shown in photo 7
You have to look carefully for the lint. I myself have always sat on a rug on the sofa. Sofa was originally reupholstered 6 ago by Gelderland.
