It is a sturdy construction of an opal glass plate on which eight spotlights are mounted. The light from the spotlights can be directed with rods above the frosted glass shades. Each spotlight receives power from the transformer in the center of the lamp. The spotlights can be dimmed.
The dim halogen spotlights can be replaced by dim LED spotlights.
