The coffee table model no. 1062, also known as Primus, is a design classic from the 1960s. It was designed by Dr. Peter Draenert in 1968.
Top in oil slate, sled base in high-gloss chrome

The Draenert Primus coffee table is one of the first models in the Draenert collection and a real eye-catcher in any living room. No other material is as indestructible as the Swabian oil shale, and it blends more elegantly with the cool, high-gloss chrome-plated steel than this heavy, earthy, oily stone
The table was purchased in the 1970s and is still available today. Original price approx. 3,800 €.
The table top is made of oil slate. It has a rough surface with visible fossilized sea creatures. The slate has a coffee-brown color.
Condition: Slate top has lighter spots, but this can be evened out. Skid frame shows signs of wear.Lighter spots on the table top. Can be evened out with colored oil cream
