Diana van Hal works out her ideas in a graphic technique. She cuts print forms based on her ideas, applying opaque and transparent colors.
Diana makes large format linocuts, printed with black ink on linen and multi-colored linocuts, printed on paper which are then mounted on wooden panels. Botanical forms, the human figure also and animals play a leading role. Motifs from all over the world are an important elements in her linos. Diana welcomes influences from other cultures in her work, affection is expressed for all world inhabitants.
