Beautiful vintage set (6) designer chairs 50s/60s, fifties/sixties. Supposedly by Henning Kjaernulf for Korup. Similar to the chairs by Niels Otto Moller, model number 71, Danish design. But also on those by Arne Hovmand Olsen for Mogens Kold, Danish design and also on those by Fristho with Cor Bontenbal as designer, Dutch design. The chairs are made of teak with a paper cord seat. All the frames are sturdy. Papercord has been replaced by Cees Landkroon (was the last cane braider in Noordwolde). Mid-century, Scandinavian design, modern. Some light stains on some seat (see photos). The wood has light age-related signs of use. The set is in nice vintage condition.
