This Fodor service, designed by the painter Toon Verhoef (1946), is part of a series of twelve services that were published between 1986 and 1990 by the then Museum Fodor in Amsterdam and manufactured by Koninklijke Mosa B.V. in Maastricht. The services were published in an edition of 250 pieces at the time. The Fodor tableware is also owned by, among others, the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, Centraal Museum, Rijksmuseum Twenthe and the Prinsessehof, The tableware has a signature and accompanying certificate with edition number 34. Diameter base plate 26.7 cm. Never used.
