Charlotte Molenkamp (Tilburg 1955) took her art training at the Academie Sint Joost in Breda (1971-1975) and at the predecessor of the Academie voor Beeldende Vorming (1975-1980). She was also taught by her father Nico Molenkamp. Molenkamp primarily creates gouaches and oil paintings in a lyrical abstract and expressionist style. She had her debut exhibition in 1982 at the City Theatre. Her work is in numerous important collections, including those of the Royal Family.
