This sofa has one armrest and can be used to make a large corner sofa in addition to standing alone. The fabric is Secolo with color number 2017700 which has been treated with Scotchgard Protection. The sofa has been in the living room and is in great condition. There is slight discoloration and the signs of use are minimal. You are buying from the first owner.The sofa has been used but still looks neat. There is slight discoloration due to daylight. Never smoked and no pets.
