Beautiful large antique mirror, crested mirror with the original faceted mirror glass and ornate gilded frame made of wood and plaster, fully decorated in Baroque style, a crown with acanthus ornaments and flowers, fantastic mantel mirror from the late 19th century, France, marked and numbered at the back.
This is a rare and very beautiful impressive mirror, full of character and history, a real eye-catcher in your interior!
In beautiful antique condition conforming to its age, the frame shows signs of age, it has some old repairs (gluing), hairline cracks and chips along the edge but the ornaments and crown are still complete, the mirror glass has a light blue shine and is slightly mocked up, which is more common with very old mirrors, the back panel is not original, check the photos for more details!
