Empire in black. A top design bookcase designed by the Swiss / Argentinian designer Alfredo Häberli. The design has been exhibited in the Museum für Gestaltung in Zurich (Switzerland) and the Kunsthalle in Cologne (Germany). Articles about Empire have been published worldwide and a French journalist from Le Figaro characterized Empire as ' Design Pur'!

Made of lacquered MDF with textured lacquer, see detailed photo. The cabinet consists of 21 different panels with different angles, in other words building and painting this cabinet requires a lot of craftsmanship.
