Nice set of vintage papercord kitchen chairs, set of 6 pieces made of papercord with round metal tubes. They are solid chairs that are not too heavy. The chairs are fairly narrow and the back is nicely shaped with a bend, which improves seating comfort.
The metal is a brown / anthracite gray brass glow color. Difficult to explain but very nice color.
The chairs were most likely made by Giandomenico Belotti, known for the spaghetti chairs. This model, Paludis, was produced from 1979 by Alias. However, they are not marked. There are 3 balls on the end caps.

The 6 chairs are all in good condition, they have of course been used because they are around 40 years old. 2 chairs do have more visible damage to 1 piece of papercord. The metal has a scratch here and there, but nothing noticeable.
These chairs fit into any interior style and are very timeless. The chairs fit well in a modern French brocante, wabi sabi, brutalist or Japandi.
