Product description
This industrial stacking chair S22 in Pagwood by Galvanitas was designed in the 1970s in the style of famous industrial designs by Wim Rietveld, Jean Prouvé and Friso Kramer with a "pyramid" or "compass" basic principle. This sculptural chair is comfortable and heavy. Made of high-density veneer or resin composite, the pagwood seat is shock-, scratch-, break- and weather-resistant and even resists cigarette burns. The frame is made of folded sheet steel with a sliding bar. The design of the chair legs allows for easy stacking of several. The metal frame is black and the seat has a strong brown wood grain.
